Health Ministry updates COVID-19 and pneumonia stats for Feb 21
On February 21, 175 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 235,602 (+175).
According to the ministry, 88 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 2 – in Karakalpakstan, 5 – in Andijan, 5 – in Bukhara, 2 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Navoi, 4 – in Namangan, 14 – in Samarkand, 6 – in Surkhandarya, 5 – in Fergana, 3 – in Khorezm and 39 – in Tashkent region.
2 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,623.
As of February 21, the number of recovered stands at 229,019 (+1,596).
Also, 31 people tested positive for pneumonia on Monday.
