Coronavirus: Daily cases drop below 100 for first in nearly two months
On February 28, 96 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 236,501 (+96).
According to the ministry, 49 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 4 – in Andijan, 5 – in Bukhara, 1 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Navoi, 4 – in Namangan, 5 – in Samarkand, 2 – in Surkhandarya, 3 – in Fergana, 1 – in Khorezm and 20 – in Tashkent region.
1 COVID-19 patient died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,636.
As of February 28, the number of recovered stands at 233,096 (+178).
Also, 12 people tested positive for pneumonia on Monday.
