Ulugbek Rashitov wins gold at World Taekwondo Grand Slam in China
The Uzbek athlete was recognized as the best among athletes in the weight category -68 kg.

The Chinese city of Wuxi is hosting the delayed 2022 World Taekwondo Grand Slam Champions Series Final. On the first day of the tournament on April 2, Ulugbek Rashitov of Uzbekistan secured a gold medal, the NOC reports.
Olympic champion Ulugbek Rashitov defeated Danial Bozorgishoob of Iran in the final.
Rashitov trailed 5-1 with just 10 seconds remaining in a final round decider, but a sensational late flurry allowed him to level at 6-6 and win by final score.
Reza Kalhor of Iran clinched bronze against Kang Jae-gwon.
