Uzbekistan increased EV imports by more than 6 times
Over the past ten months of 2023, Uzbekistan imported more than 22.4 thousand electric vehicles from foreign countries.

Compared to the same period last year, the volume of EV imports increased by more than 6 times, the State Customs Committee said.
China retains its place as a key supplier of electric vehicles. Since the beginning of the year, 20.64 thousand electric vehicles have been imported from the PRC (91.7% of the total imports).
Hong Kong ranks second with 1,258 cars (5.6%), followed by the UAE (147 cars), South Korea (136), USA (134) and Germany (125).
